<br />r <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />COLli'::Y OF n/\f"~SL:Y <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-9 <br /> <br />Reconveyance of Tax Forfeited Land <br />to the State of Minnesota <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 282.01, <br />Subdivision I, the State of Minnesota, on the 17th day of March, 1972, <br /> <br />conveyed to the City of Arden Hills Lot 10, Block 5, Arden Hills, to <br /> <br />be used for open space as part of the City park system, and <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has abandoned the public use for which the <br /> <br />land was conveyed, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the City of Arden <br /> <br />Hills reconveys said land to the State of Minnesota and approves the <br /> <br />sale of said land; <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk Administrator Is directed <br /> <br />to send a certified copy of this ResolutIon to the Ramsey County Land <br /> <br />Commissioner. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk Administrator are <br />hereby authorized to execute the Deed Reconveying the Forfeited Land <br />to the State of Minnesota. <br />Passed by the City Council of Arden HI lis, Minnesota this 14th day 0' <br />February, 1977. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br />~'Wk~~, <br /> <br />Charlotte McNlesh <br />Clerk Admlnistrato~ <br /> <br />oz <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />""'~ <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />,. <br />
