<br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF HAH;:;:Y <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN III lLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-65 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION <br />OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN TO THE <br />METROPOLITAN COUNCil FOR REVIEW <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Metrop01itan land Planning Act requires <br />~oca~ governmental units to prepare comprehensive pijans and sub- <br />mit them to the Metropo!itan Counctl for review; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this plan entitled Comprehensive Development <br />Plan for Arden Hi I Is represents the response of the City of Arden <br />Hllijs to the requirements of the MetropolItan land Pijannlng Act; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this plan was approved by the Arden Hills <br />Planning Commlsslon!on December 18, "980 following a publIc <br />hearing with required legal notice; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a preliminary pIal was sent to the Cities of <br />Shoreview, Rosevll: !e, New Br!gh'i"on iLld Mounds View, School Dos'rrlcts <br />No. 621 and 623, and Ramsey County for review and comment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this p~an was considered and accepted, but not <br />adopted, by the City Council on Llecomber 29, 1980; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this pian shall bo transmitted to the Cities of <br />Shorevlew, Rosevll!a, New Brighton, nnd Mounds View, School Districts <br />No. 62! and 623, and Ramsey County concurrently with submission <br />to the Metropolitan Council for form" I review undel' the Hetropolltan <br />Land P~annlng Act. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE JT RESOl,VED by the City Councl I of <br />the City of Arden HIlls that the Clerk-Administrator Is authorized <br />and directed to submit this plan to the ChaIrman of the Metropolitan <br />Council for review under Section 473.175 of the Metropolitan Land <br />Planning Act. <br /> <br />1980. <br /> <br />Adopted b\, the C1ty Counei I this 29th day of D1lcember, <br /> <br /> <br />.
