! .'~ ADDENDUM " STATE OF M!NNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY C~TY OF ARDEN HillS RESOLUTiON NO. 80-58 A RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH COUNTY OF RAMSEY FOR LMI ENFORCEMENT SERVICES FOR THE YEAR 198~ It December WHEREAS, pursuant to Reso!utlon No. 77-75, adopted on 27, 1977, the CIty Councl R of the City o'f Arden HI ~ Is ~uth~rlzed the transfer of Its polIce department functlons'to the Ramsey County Sheriff's office and approved an Agreement for law enforcement services for the calendar year 1978; and WHEREAS, the City of Arden HIDls is desirous of contract- Ing again wIth the County of Ramsey to have said County, by and through Its Sheriff's Department, continue to perform such law enforcement functions for, and within the boundaries of, the City of Arden HI lis during the calendar year 198R, and WHEREAS, the County of Ramsey has submitted to the City of Arden Hills a document entltNed "Agreement--lavl Enforcement ..... Services" for the caNendar year ~98ij which Is Identical In ain respects to the orlginaN Agreement between the City of Arden HI~ls and the County of Ramsey with the exceptIon that: I. Paragraph 7 has been amended to clarify tha.t the County 111! 1'1 ba re I mbursed for actual costs; Exhibit A represents es-rlma.ted costs. 2. A provision relat!ng to the transfer of personal property by the City to the County was deleted, and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Arden Hills '. feels -j'hat such provision re~at!f1g 'ro the transfer of Items of persona! property be added to the form of document submitted to the Clty,by the County and that there likewise be added to such provision a statement to the effect that such Itemso'f person'a~ property would be rei'urned to the City upon termination ~f Its contractual relat!onshlp with the County concerning' iaw enforcement services.
