<br />. <br /> <br />~. <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />City Council of the city of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 27th day <br />of October, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p. m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Crepeau and <br /> <br />Councilmen Woodburn, Wingert, Hanson and Crichton; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Wingert introduced and moved the adoption of <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 80-55 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-80-2 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the City Council <br />on September 8, 1980, the City Consulting Engineers have <br /> <br />prepared plans and specifications for Improvement No. SS-W-80-2 <br /> <br /> <br />and have presented such plans and specifications to the Council <br /> <br />for approval. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN <br /> <br />HILLS, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The city Clerk Administrator shall prepare and cause <br />to be inserted in the New Brighton Bulletin, the official paper, <br />and in the Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids <br />
