<br />~. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-51 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMS OF MONEY TO BE LEVIED <br />FOR LEVY YEAR 1980, PAYABLE IN 1981, AND AMEND- <br />ING THE LEVY ON 1972 IMPROVEMENT BONDS, SERIES 2, <br />1960. and 1961 SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT BONDS, <br />SERIES B, C AND D, AND 1977 GENERAL OBLIGATION <br />REFUNDING BONDS. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Arden Bills, County <br />of Ramsey, that the following sums of money be levied for levy year <br />1979, payable in 1980, upon the taxable property in said City of Arden <br />Bills, for the following purposes: <br /> <br />General Fund <br />Shade Tree Disease <br />Sewer Utility Fund <br /> <br />Control <br />Total <br /> <br />$424.150 <br />2,285 <br />68.140 <br />$494,575 <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the tax levy for 1980', payable 1981. <br />for Improvement Bonds be reduced aa follows: <br /> <br />1960 Sanitary Sewer Improvement Bonds. <br />Series B from $2,000 to 0 <br />1960 Sanitary Sewer Improvement ~onds, <br />Series C from $12.300 to 0 <br />1961 Sanitary Sewer Improvement Bonds, <br />Series D from $8,700 to 0 <br />1972 Improvement Bonds.
