, J ~. . ,~ - ..~ . . ~ EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING of the City Council City of Arden HI lis County of Ramsey State of Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notIce thereof, a regular meeting " of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held In the CIty Hall at 1450 West HIghway 96, Arden HIlls, Minnesota, on Monday, the 29th day of September, 1960, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Crepeau, Council- men Crichton, Hanson, Woodburn. and the fol lowIng were absent: Councilman Wingert Councilman Hanson Introduced the fol lowIng resolution and moved Its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 60-47 RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-ST-79-1 BE IT RESOLVEO by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, as follows: WHEREAS, the assessment roll of Improvement No. SS-W-ST-79-1 was at last finally adopted on August 16, 1980 for the purpose of Including Installments thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes commencIng In 1961; and WHEREAS, the parcel of property In said assessment roll has been divIded by reason of the filing of the Arden Lake Knoll Plat, and WHEREAS, the County AudItor of Ramsey County requIres that apportionment of the original assessment agaInst each original tract where It has been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the City Council of the City of Arden HII Is In order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an assess- ment to be collected In the year 1961 and thereafter. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden Hills does hereby make the following apportionment of the original assessments as contained In said assessment roll of August 16, 1960, agaInst the followIng descrIbed properties:
