<br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. 80-46 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING RAMSEY COUNTY TO PLACE <br />EXCESS RIGHT-OF-WAY ON LEXINGTON AVENUE FOR <br />PUBLIC SALE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County owns a parcel of land which it <br />acquired for purposes of the reconstruction of Lexington Avenue <br />but which it is not using for right-of-way purposes, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, that parcel of land could better be utilized <br />for private purposes, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City <br />Council of the City of Arden Hills that Ramsey County place for <br />a public sale that portion of the right-of-way of Lexington <br />Avenue North described as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />That part of the East 60 feet of Lot 1, Block <br />1, Josephine Lake Park not required for <br />right-of-way purposes. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk-Administrator <br />be and she hereby is authorized and directed to cause a certified <br />copy of this Resolution to be sent to the appropriate officials <br />of Ramsey County. <br /> <br />Passed by the Arden Hills City Council this ~j7~ day <br />of September, 1980. <br /> <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~tJl!~ <br /> <br />Charlotte McNiesh, <br />Clerk-Administrator <br />
