SS-W-80-2 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain pet! tion requesting an improvement in <br />the CitY of Arden Bills in the area bounded by County Road It. <br />on the north, Old Snelling Avenue on the east, and Arden Lane <br />on the south and west by the installation of sanitary sewer and <br />watermain, and necessary appurtenances, filed with the Council <br />on August 11, 1980, is hereby declared to be signed by 100% of <br />owners of property affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota <br />statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br />NOW, 'l'BEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF '!'BE <br />CITY OF ARDEN BILLS, MINNESOTA: <br />'l'hat the petition be referred to the City Consulting <br />Engineers for study and that they are instructed to report to <br />
