<br />~ <br /> <br />.\ <br /> <br />-. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />~OTICE OF COMPLETION OF VACATION PROCEEDINGS <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br />PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that on September 24, 1979, the City <br />Council of the City of Arden Hills by Resolution No. 79-54 <br />initiated a proceeding pursuant to Section 412.851 of Minnesota <br />Statutes, as amended, to determine whether it would be in the <br />public interest to vacate certain portions of Stat~ Trunk Highway <br />No. 51 which is situated in the City of Arden Hills, County of <br />Ramsey, and State of Minnesota. Said proceeding culminated in a <br />Resolution vacating a certain portion of said State Trunk Highway <br />No. 5l--Resolution No. 80.1t, adopted by the Arden Hills City <br />Council on June 30, 1980 by four-fifths (4/5ths) of the members <br />thereof. A certified copy of said Resolution which identifies <br />in detail the particulars of said vacation proceeding, states the <br />time of completion thereof, and describes the real estate and <br />lands affected thereby is attached hereto, made a part hereof and <br />is incorporated by reference herein as Exhibit "A".
