SS-W-P-ST-79-1 <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED' AND <br />ORDERING PREPARA'rION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />-. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. <br />SS-W-P-ST-79-1 consisting of the installation of sanitary sewer, <br />wate:anain, bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter and <br />necessary appurtenances generally in the area of the Arden Lake <br />Knoll Plat located east of Hamline Avenue between County Road <br />F and Amble Road, and <br /> <br />WHEllEAS, the contract price for such improvement is <br />$, 39,'00;0,.00 and the other expenses incurred or to be incurred <br />in the mak.1ng of said improvement amount to' $' S:,4DoS..oO ' so that <br />the total cost of the improvement will be $47,,4ll:lhU(J , and of <br />this cost the City will pay $ -0- as its Share of the cost. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the <br />City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, as followsl <br /> <br />1. The cost to be specially assessed is hereby declared <br />to be $; 47;,4DoS..oO. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk Administrator, t0ge1:her with the assis- <br />tance of the City Consulting Engineer, shall forthwith calculate <br />the proper amount to be specially assessed for such work against <br />every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the improve- <br />
