Highway 96, in said City <br />on Monday, the 9th day of June, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present.: <br />Couac:llmell ,Charlie' 'Crichton. 'Crepe:au, 'Jr.. <br />James' Wi~gert .'Robart <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br />Resolution No.' 410,....31 <br /> <br />RESOLU'l'ION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-ST-78-6 <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />-. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contract.s have been let for Improvement. No. <br />SS-W-P-ST-78-6 consisting of the construct.ion of sanitary sewer, <br />watermain, bi t.uminous paving, concrete curb and, qutter, storm <br />drainage facilities and necessary appurtenances for approxi- <br />mately 30 acres located east of and adjacent to Bamline Avenue <br />approximately 755 feet. south of Amble Road, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the contract price for such improvement is <br />$: .3;32d.~~ and the other expenses incurred or t.o be incurred <br />int.l'ie ng of said improvement. amount to ~~ so that <br />the total cost of the improvement. will be $,4;lO,~,10:O:~21, and of <br />this cost the Cit.y will pay $ -0- as its share of the oost. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Cit.y Council of the <br />Cit.y of Arden Rills, Minnesot.a, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The City Clerk Administrator, together with the assis- <br />tance of the City Consulting Engineer, shall forthwith calculate <br />the proper amount to be specially assessed for such work aqainst <br />
