<br />-. <br /> <br />~ <br />. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Arden Hilh <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was <br />duly held in the City Hall, 1450 West Highway 96, in said City <br />on Monday, the 9th day of June, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present:Hayo~Re1iry >J. Rob'e.rt <br />Woodbu::rn <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />'JT.. <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Councilman 'Cr:lehton introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br />Resolution No .80.-30 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-ST-78-3 <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. <br />SS-l'iT-P-ST-78-3 consisting of the construction of sanitary sewer, <br />watermain, bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, storm <br />drainage facilities, right-of-way acquisition and necessary <br />appurtenances in the area bounded by HaInline Avenue on the west, <br />Nursery Hill Lane on the north, I<arth Lake on the east, and <br />vacated S.T.H. 51 on the south, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the contract price for suoh improvement is <br />$ ,16.&433;.00 and the other expenses incurred or to be incurred <br />in e mak:i.ng of said improvement amount to $55'.:619oJ.5 ' so that <br />the total cost of the improvement will be $~1L051.:15,' and of <br />this cost the City will pay $ -0- as Jots share of the cost. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the <br />City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The cost to be specially assessed is hereby declared <br />to be $; 2.11,.0;5;2: _1.6 <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk Administrator, together with the assis- <br />tance of the City Consulting Engineer, shall forthwith calculate <br />the proper amount to be specially assessed for such work against <br />
