',James'W1ugert.' ,Ro.bert <br />Woodburn . <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />CouncilmanCr1ehtOD <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br />Resolution No.' '80-29 " <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO II-iPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-ST-78-4 <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />-- <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. <br />SS-W-P-ST-78-4 consisting of the construction of sanitary sewer, <br />watermain, bit.uminous paving, concrete curb and gutter and <br />storm drainage facilities, and necessary appurtenances, for <br />approximately 5.5 acres located east of and adjacent to Snelling <br />Avenue, approximately 2,400 feet south of S.T.H. 96, and <br /> <br />\fJEREAS, the contract price for such improvement is <br />$ 53'.99,0 ' and the other expenses incurred or to be incurred <br />in the making of said improvement amount to $ 22'.,99Z,..6Z : so that <br />the total cost of the improvement will be $ .76.9,32;..62, and of <br />this cost the City will pay $ -0- as its share of the cost. <br /> <br />NOt'7, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City council of the <br />Ci ty of Arden Bills, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The cost to be specially assessed is hereby declared <br />to be $ 76:.9:82;.lI2 . <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk Administrator, together ,,,ith the assis- <br />tance of the City Consulting Engineer, shall forthwith calculate <br />the proper amount to be specially assessed for such work against <br />
