<br />".~ <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of the City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 1450 West Highway <br />96, st. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the, '12th day of May, 1980, <br />at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: ,Acti.ngMayor Rob"ert <br />Woodburn, Councilmen Charlie Crichton, Ward Hanson, James Wingert <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Mayor Heury J. Crepeau, Jr. <br />Councilman Crichton introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80~28 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF <br />ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO CONSOLIDATED <br />WATER IMPROVEMENTS NUMBERED 67-1 AND 67-2 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden <br />Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated Water Improve- <br />D. ments Numbered 67-1 and 67-2 as last finally adopted on September <br />24, 1968, was filed and certified to the County Auditor of <br />Ramsey County on November 7, 1968, for the purpose of inc1udinq <br />installments thereof to be collected along with real estate <br />taxes commencing in 1969; and <br />WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property <br />contained within said assessment roll have been divided and can- <br /> <br />veyed by previous property owners; and <br />
