<br />r-'- - --. <br /> <br />I <br />r <br />r. <br />i <br />i <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />~. <br />f ' <br /> <br />--l <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-~ "fR.:U <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DELETING ASSESSMENT FOR WATER <br />I~PROVEMENT Nos. 77-5 and 78-2 AS TO <br />pARCEL NO. 25-01600-200-53 <br /> <br />W~EREAS, the assessment roll for Water Improvement <br />No. 77-5 and ]8-2 (Auditor's No. 1943) was adopted by the City <br />Council on AU$ust 21, 1979 and was certified to the Ramsey <br />County Auditor on September 24, 1979, and <br /> <br />waEREAS, the assessment for said Water Improvement <br />No. 77-5 and ]8-2 (Auditor's No. 19.3) with respect to said <br />Parcel No. 25~01600-200-53 was the sum of $1,398.27, install- <br />ments of which were to be collected along with real estate taxes <br />payable in the year 1980 over a period of 20 years, and <br /> <br />~EREAS, the owners of said Parcel No. 25-01600-200-53, <br />JAMES CALIGUIaE AND MARGARET M. CALIGUIRE, 1737 McMenemy Road, <br />Maplewood, Minnesota 55117, have requested that the assessments <br />in the case ot each of the aforesaid improvements be deleted be- <br />cause said pa~cel has no access and is virtually unbuildable due <br />to existence ~f easements thereon in favor of Northern States <br />Power'Company, and <br /> <br />WlEREAS, after hearing all of the evidence adduced by <br />Mr. and Mrs. Caliguire. the City Council has determined that <br />they are entitled to the relief they have sought, <br /> <br />N(JW,THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City <br />Council of the City of Arden Hills, that the assessment for Water <br />Improvement No. 77-5 and the one for Water Improvement No. 78-2 <br />as they relat~ to said Parcel No. 25-01600-200-53 be deleted, <br />annulled and cancelled. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the aforesaid deletion be <br />made effective, if possible for the installments of the aforesaid <br />assessments d~e and payable along with real estate taxes due and <br />payable in the year 1980. <br /> <br />~," '.
