Henry J. Crepeau, Jr. <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />.r.....4,..'h......... <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80""~7 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT <br />OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO <br />SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO.6 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden <br />Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for, Sanitary Sewer Improvement <br />No. 6 as last finally adopted on November 1, 1963, was filed <br />and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on December <br />3, 1963, for the purpose of including installments thereof to <br />be collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1964~ <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property <br />contained within said assessment roll have been divided and con- <br /> <br />veyed by previous property ownersl and <br />
