<br />~ <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />-. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of the City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />County of Ramsey <br />state of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 1450 West Highway <br />96, St. paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the ~ day of May, 1980, <br />at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following memberS were present: Acting !!Iayor Robert <br />Woodburn <br />, Councilmen Charlie Crichton, James Wingert, Ward Hanson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Mayor Henry J" Crepeau, Jr. <br />Councilman Crichton introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-26 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT <br />OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO <br />SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 9 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden <br /> <br />-. <br /> <br />Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br />tl1HEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement <br />No. 9 as last finally adopted on October 6, 1969, was filed and <br />certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on November 5, <br />1969 for the purpose of including installments thereof to be <br />collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1970; and <br />WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property <br />contained within said assessment roll have been divided and con- <br /> <br />veyed by previous property owners 1 and <br />
