P-SS-W-ST-75-1 <br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the Ci~y Council of the City of Arden <br />Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Improvemen~ No. P-SS-W- <br />8'1'-75-1 as last finally adopted on Auqus~ 29. 1977, was filed <br />and cer~ified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on October <br />5, 1977, for the purpose of including installments thereof ~o <br />be collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1978, <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of proper~y <br />con~ained within said assessment roll have been divided. and con- <br />veyed by previous property owners 1 and <br />
