Crepeau, Jr. <br />.Counci1men Charlie Crichton, Ward Haason, James Wingert , ' <br /> <br />, and the following <br /> <br />were absent: Councilman <br />Crichton <br /> <br />Robert Woodburn <br /> <br />'Councilman <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 80-15 <br /> <br />"RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF <br />ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 72-1 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden <br /> <br />Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll of Water Improvement No. 72-1 <br />'as last finally adopted on September 6, 1973, was filed and cer- <br />tified to the County Auditor of "Ramsey County on October 5, <br />1973, for the purpose of including installments thereof to be <br />collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1974; and <br />WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property <br />contained within said assessment roll have been divided and <br /> <br />conveyed by previous property owners; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that <br />apportionment of the original assessment against each original <br />
