Ward Hanson and James Wingert . <br /> <br />and the following.were absent: Councilman Robert Woodburn <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />l!ri ph t-nn <br /> <br />introduced the following resolu- <br /> <br />tion a.n4 moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 'e'Q-14 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF <br />ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO <br />COMBINED IMPROVEMENT W-77-5 AND W-78-2 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden <br /> <br />Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Combined Improvement <br />~. W-77-5 and W-78-2 as adopted on August 21, 1979, was filed and <br />certified to the County Auditor of RamSey County on October 9, <br />1979, for the purpose of including installments thereof to be <br />collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 19807 <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, since August 21, 1979 a number of parcels of <br />property contained within said assessment roll have been <br />divided and conveyed by a previous property owner7 and <br />
