Crepeau, Jr. <br /> <br />Councilman ,Wingert <br /> <br />introduced and moved the adoption <br /> <br />of ,the following' resolution: <br />Resolution No. 80-9 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. 79-1 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the above <br /> <br />improvement, according' to the plans and specifications thereof <br /> <br />on file in the office of the Clerk Administrator of said city, <br /> <br />said bids were received on February 8,1980, at 2:00 o'clock p.m., <br /> <br />opened and tabulated according' to law and the following' bids <br /> <br />'were received complying' with the advertisement: <br /> <br />Bidder <br /> <br />C.
