<br />.-- .... <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />, f' <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of the City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey county', Minnesota <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 1450 West Highway <br />96, Arden Hills, Minnesota, on Monday, the 14th day of <br /> <br />JanulW'Y <br /> <br />, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p. m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Charlie Crichton, James Wingert, Ward ~anson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Henry J, Crepeau, Robert Woodburn <br /> <br />councilman' Wingert <br /> <br />introduced the following resolu- <br /> <br />tion and moved its adoption: <br />Resolution No. 80-5 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF <br />ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO <br />COMBINED IMPROVEMENT W-77-5 AND W-78-2 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the city of Arden <br /> <br />Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for combined Improvement <br />W-77-5 and W-78-2 as adopted on August 21, 1979, was filed and <br />certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on October 9, <br />1979, for the purpose of including installments thereof to be <br />collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1980; <br />and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, since August 21, 1979 a number of parcels of <br />property contained within said assessment roll have been <br />divided and conveyed by a previous property owner; and <br />
