Crepeau Jr.. <br />Councilmen Wingert, Woodburn, Crichton, Hanson <br /> <br />96, <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Wingert <br />tionand moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolu- <br /> <br />Resolution No. 79-69 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF <br />ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO <br />IMPROVEMENT NO., W-P-SS-76-1 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Arden <br /> <br />Bills, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Improvement No. W-P-SS-76-1 <br />as adopted on August 28, 1978, was filed and certified to the <br />County Auditor of Ramsey County on October 10, 1978, for the <br />purpose of including installments thereof to be collected along <br />with real estate taxes commencing in 1979; and <br />WHEREAS, since August 28, 1978 a number of parcels of <br />property contained within said assessment roll have been <br />divided and conveyed by a previous property owner; and <br />
