<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />-.. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City <br />Council of the City of Arden Hills, that the original assessment, <br />as amended, for Consolidated Water Improvement Nos. 68-2 and <br />68-3 as it relates to said Lots 42 and 43, Block 28, Rohleder's <br />Home and Garden Acres, be reduced and revised to $630.00 from <br />$1,130.00 and that the original assessment for Sanitary Sewer <br />Improvement No. 14 be reduced and revised to $740.00 from <br />$1,430.00. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the aforesaid revision be <br />made effective, if possible, for the installments of the afore- <br />said assessments due and payable along with real estate taxes <br />due and payable in the year 1980 and that Alexander Chvestuik, <br />the property owner, be given credit for all amounts he has paid <br />to reduce the balances of said assessments to the date hereof. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk-Administrator <br />of the City of Arden Hills be and she hereby is authorized to <br />cause a certified copy of this Resolution to be filed with the <br />Ramsey County Department of Property Taxation for the purpose of <br />effectuating the foregoing revision. <br /> <br />Passed by the Arden Hills City Council this loth day <br />of December, 1979. <br /> <br /> <br />Henry <br />Mayor <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br />~ftJJz9u <br /> <br />Charlotte McNiesh, <br />Clerk-Administrator <br /> <br />- 2 - <br />
