<br />,\ <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of the City Council ' <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 1450 West Highway 96, <br />Arden Hills, Minnesota, on Monday, the 10th day of December , <br />19 79 , at 7:30 o'clock p. m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Hanson, Wingert, Woodburn <br /> <br />Councilmen Crichton, <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Mayor Crepeau <br /> <br />Councilman Wingert <br /> <br />introduced the following resolu- <br /> <br />tion and moved its adoption: <br />Resolution No. 79-65 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF <br />ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. W-P-SS-76-l <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of th'e City of Arden <br /> <br />Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Improvement No. W-P-SS-76-l <br />as adopted on August 28, 1978, was filed and certified to the <br />county Auditor of Ramsey county on October 10, 1978, for the <br />purpose of including installments thereof to be collected along <br />with real estate taxe~ commencing in 1979; and <br />WHEREAS, since August 28, 1978 a number of parcels of <br />property contained within said assessment roll have been <br />divided and conveyed by a previous property owner; and <br />
