<br />"lP',,~ <br /> <br />Extract of'Minutes of Meeting <br />of the City Council <br />ci ty of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Pursuant; to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the city of Arden Hills, Ramsey County, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 1450 West Highway 96, <br /> <br />Arden Hills, Minnesota, on Monday, the lOth <br />19~, at 7:30 o'clock p. m. <br /> <br />day of December <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />The following members were present: Councilmen Crichton, <br />Hanson, Wingert, Woodburn <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Mayor Crepeau <br />Councilman Wingert introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 79-64 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF <br />ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 72-1 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City council of the City of Arden <br /> <br />Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll of Water Improvement No. 72-1 <br /> <br />as last finally adopted on September 6, 1973, was filed and cer- <br />tified to the County Auditor of Ramsey county'on October 5, <br />1973, for the purpose of including installments thereof to be <br />collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1974; and <br />WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property <br />. contained within said assessment roll have been divided and <br />conveyed by previous property owners1 and <br />WHEREAS, the county Auditor of Ramsey County requires that <br />apportionment of the original assessment against each original <br />
