<br />, <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />f~73i+-L! <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-63 <br /> <br />APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO <br />WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 68-l <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll of Water lmprovement No. <br />6S-l (Auditor's No. 735), adopted on October 6, 1969, was <br />filed and certified to theCoun ty Auditor of Ramsey Coun ty on <br />November 6, 1969 for the purpose of including installments <br />thereof to be collected aloDg with real estate tsxes commencing <br />in 1970; and ) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Division No. 5523l divides Parcel No. 25- <br />03300-220-'5 into Parcel Nos. 25-03300-280-55 and 25-03300- <br />290-55; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Henry J.
