Lexington Avenue, and it serves the abutting proper'ty owners. <br /> <br />MAYOR CREPEAU: At this time I'll ask our fiscal consultant, <br />Mr. Popovich, to explain the financing. <br /> <br />MR. POPOVICH: This project was 100 percent petitioned for. <br />No feasibility hearing was required. The total estimated <br />cost at that time was $23,600. The final cost for this <br />improvement is $29,408. <br /> <br />The improvement will be lOO% assessed. It's $l3.86739 per <br />front foot and one l-inch service at $345.00 to raise the <br />$29,408. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Assessments will be spread over 20 years at B% unless <br />prepayment rights are exercised. <br /> <br />MAYOR CREPEAU: Does the Clerk have any written communica- <br />tions or objections? <br /> <br />MRS. MC NIESH: None, your Honor. <br /> <br />Mayor Crepeau annoUnced that the meeting was open for the con- <br /> <br />sideration of Objections, if any, to said proposed assessment. <br /> <br />All persons present were then given the opportunity to present <br />oral objections. <br />No one appeared to be heard. <br /> <br />Mayor Crepeau closed the hearing, and councilman Hanson <br /> <br />then introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-45 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND CONFIRMING <br />ASSESSMENTS FOR IMPROVEMENT NO. W-78-5 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Arden <br /> <br />Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />l. The amount proper and necessary to be specially <br />assessed at this time for IMprovement No. W-78-5 against <br />every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land affected thereby <br />
