" <br /> <br />MR. POPOVICH: The feasibility report showed a total cost <br />of $27,100. Final costs are $33,738. There are four lots <br />involved. It will be lOO percent assessed. Sanitary sewer <br />will be $1,006.54 a lot. Water, $1,543.85 a lot, and streets <br />and drainage $5,884.11 a lot. <br /> <br />Assessments will be for 20 years at 8%, with the same policy <br />applying to prepayment without interest charges., <br /> <br />MAYOR CREPEAU: Does the Clerk Administrator have any <br />written questions or objections? <br /> <br />MRS.
