CHRISTOFFERSEN: This is Valentine Lake View No. 3 <br />and the improvement included sanitary sewer, water, street <br />and drainage, serving four lots on Gale Circle. <br /> <br />MAYOR CREPEAU: Our fiscal consultant, Mr. Popovich, will <br />explain the financing. " <br /> <br />MR. POPOVICH: The feasibility report showed a total cost <br />of $27,100. Final costs are $33,738. There are four lots <br />involved. It will be lOO percent assessed. Sanitary sewer <br />will be $1,006.54 a lot. Water, $1,543.85 a lot, and streets <br />and drainage $5,884.11 a lot. <br /> <br />Assessments will be for 20 years at 8%, with the same policy <br />applying to prepayment without interest charges., <br /> <br />MAYOR CREPEAU: Does the Clerk Administrator have any <br />written questions or objections? <br /> <br />MRS. MC NIESH: None, your Honor. <br /> <br />MAYOR CREPEAU: The meeting <br />any objections. Are there any? <br />comments from the Council. CHRISTOFFERSEN: At the time the bids were awarded, the <br />owner was present and advised the Council that he wished the Council <br />to proceed. <br /> <br />Mayor Crepeau closed the hearing and Councilman Wingert <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-44 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND CONFIRMING <br />ASSESSMENTS FOR IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-ST-77-7 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden <br /> <br />Yills, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The amount proper and necessary to be specially <br />assessed at this time for Improvement No. SS-W-P-ST-77-7 against <br />every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land affected thereby <br />
