JOHN MC CLUNG, 4326 North Snelling Avenue: Has been <br />assessed for 4.26 acres of land, much of which, or all, is being <br />required by Rice Creek Watershed to beset aside for nutrimental <br />purposes. Asked if it's the Council's intent to assess that kind <br />of property that must be set aside for such a purpose. <br /> <br />Mr. Christoffersen said he was not aware that the property <br />was required by the watershed district. <br /> <br />MR. JIM WINIECKE, 4471 Highway 10: Asked if the pond on <br />his father's property (Frank Winiecke) was being assessed. <br /> <br />Mr. Christoffersen replied that six-tenths of an acre was <br />being assessed. <br />
