The notice <br />shall state the date, tirJe and place of the meeting, the <br />general nature of said improvement, the area proposed to be <br />assessed, the total cost of the improvement, that the proposed <br />assessment roll is on file with the Clerk Aaministrator, and <br />that written or oral objections thereto by any property owner <br />will be considered. It shall be published once in the official <br />newspaper of the City at least two weeks prior to the hearing, <br />and shall be mailed to the owner of each Parcel described in <br />the assessment roll, not less than two weeks prior to the date <br />of said meeting. For the purpose of such mailed notice, owners <br />of said parcels shall be those shown as such on the records <br />of the COunty Treasurer. Every property owner whose name does <br />not appear on such records (other than owners of property which <br />is tax exempt or is taxed on a gross earnings basis) shall be <br />deemed to have waived such mailed notice unless he has requested <br />in writing' that the COunty !l:'reasurer include his name on the <br />records for this purpose. <br /> <br />'rhe motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly aeoonded by COuncilman \.Il'lnc:nn <br /> <br />, antl upon VUl:e being <br /> <br />taken thereon, tha fOllouing voted in favor thereof: All <br /> <br />and the fOllowing voted against the same: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />.~ <br />C!/~~ <br />~~ <br /> <br />
