Public Works Director / City Engineer <br />SUBJECT: Esri Small Local Government Cloud -Based Enterprise Agreement (SGCBEA) <br />Budgeted Amount: Actual Amount: Funding Source: <br />$46,500 (2023-2026) $46,500 (2023-2026) Technology Fund <br />$15,500 (Annual) <br />Council Should Consider <br />Motions to approve, table, or deny the following: <br />• Three-year Esri Small Local Government Cloud -Based Enterprise Agreement <br />(SGCBEA) in the amount of $46,500. <br />Background/Discussion <br />For Public Works and Engineering operations, City staff utilizes Geographic Information System <br />technology through Esri software. The software supports the Public Works work order system, <br />field inspections, maintenance activity tracking, Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) <br />requirements, As -Built Record Drawing management, streets, trails and utilities condition <br />management, mapping development, etc. <br />The agreement would be a continuation of a service. City Staff recommends approving the three- <br />year agreement with Esri in the amount of $46,500 as provided in Attachment A. <br />Budizet Impact <br />The Operating Budget includes funding in the amount of $15,500 for each year over the next 3- <br />years for a total of $46,500 for the proposed Esri software agreement. <br />Attachments <br />Attachment A: Esri Small Local Government Cloud -Based Enterprise Agreement <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
