Crepeau, Jr., <br />CouncIlmen Robert Woodburn, Charlie CrIchton, James WI!lgert and <br />Ward Hanson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />COuncilman Woodburn introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No., 79-32 <br /> <br />BESOLU'l'ION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT NO. W-78-S <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORDERING PREPARA'l'ION OF PROPOSED ASSESSI\1n1'l' <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. W-78-5 <br />consisting of the installation of watermain and necessary <br />appurtenances for all properties abuttina County Road F between <br />Fernwood Avenue and Lexin~n Avenue, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the contract price for such improvement is <br />$ 24,590.00 and the other expenses incurred or to be incurred <br />in the making of said improvement amount to $ 481 8.00 so <br />that the total cost of the Improvement will be ~ 29.408.00 , <br />and of this cost the City will pay $ -0- as its share <br />of the cost. <br /> <br />NOW, TBRREFORE, be it resol vee! by the City COuncil of the <br />City of Arden Bills, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The cost to be specially assessed is hereby declared <br />to be $ ?Q 408 nn . <br /> <br />2: The City Clerk Administrator, together with the assis- <br />tance of the City Consulting Engineer, shall forthwith calculate <br />
