<br /> Joint Development Authority <br />TCAAP Redevelopment Project <br />Joint Development Authority <br />TCAAP Redevelopment Project <br /> <br /> <br />Bruce Nustad, Minnesota Retailers Association <br />Bruce Nustad is the staff president of the Minnesota Retailers Association, a trade group of retailers and <br />key business partners serving Minnesota’s consumers. Since 2012 Nustad has led the association in its <br />work to advocate for the retail industry and the 788,000 jobs it supports. Prior to the retailers <br />association, Nustad served as TwinWest Chamber of Commerce president and CEO, and held leadership <br />positions with the Minnesota High Tech Association, the Twin Cities North Chamber of Commerce, and <br />the Saint Paul Area Chamber of Commerce. Nustad holds a Master of Arts degree in public <br />administration from Minnesota State University, Mankato. <br /> <br />Anne Mavity, Minnesota Housing Partnership <br />Anne Mavity is Executive Direction of Minnesota Housing Partnership (MHP). Anne has over 30 years of <br />experience in affordable housing, capacity building, and community development. Among her varied <br />experience she has worked on a Congressional subcommittee on housing, provided technical assistance <br />and underwriting at CSH creating Permanent Supportive Housing policies and projects, and led <br />development and organizing for Beacon Interfaith Housing Collaborative. She served for 11 years as a <br />City Council member in St. Louis Park, leaving that post in October 2020. She has since moved back to <br />Minneapolis, where her career in housing began many years ago as Executive Director for Central <br />Neighborhood. Anne has a double BA degree in Government and Slavic Languages from Lawrence <br />University, and a master’s in public policy from Georgetown University. <br /> <br />Thomas Fisher, University of Minnesota <br />Thomas Fisher is a Professor in the School of Architecture, Director of the Minnesota Design Center, and <br />former Dean of the College of Design at the University of Minnesota. A graduate of Cornell University in <br />architecture and Case Western Reserve University in intellectual history, he was the Editorial Director of <br />Progressive Architecture magazine and was recognized in 2005 as one of nation’s most published <br />architecture writers, having written 12 books, over 60 book chapters, and over 450 journal articles.
