<br />STATE OF ~lINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />RESOLUTiON NO. 79-27 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING QUARTERLY WATER CHARGES EFFECTIVE APRi L I. 1979 <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Finance COumlttee has completed a thorough review of the <br />rate structure for water usage, and has determined that the water utility operated <br />at a deficit In 1978 and it appears will have a deficit In 1979, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Finance COmmittee made recommendations to the City COuncil <br />to solve the deficit, <br /> <br />NOW. THEREFORE.
