<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />68-2 and 68-3 was held on November 9, 1970, and on November 10, <br />1970, assessmen~s for Consolidated Wa~er Improvement Nos. 68-2 <br />and 68-3 were amended as provided by said resolu~ion of said <br />date, ~o be certified and filed in the office of the County <br />Auditor of RamSey Coun~y on December 10, 1970 J and <br />WHEREAS, since November 10, 1970, a number of parcels of <br />property contained within said assessment roll as amended have <br />been divided and oonveyed by a previOUS property ownerl and <br />WHEREAS, the County Auditor of RamSey county requires <br />that apportionment: of the original assessment against each <br />original traot where it has later been divided, sold or con- <br />veyed, be made by the city Counoil of the city of Arden HillS, <br />in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the <br />County Auditor aqainst each parcel of property thereafter, <br />oommencing with an assessment to be collected in the year 1911 <br />and thereafter. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden <br />Bills does hereby make the followinq apportionment of oriqinal <br />assessments as contained in said assessment roll of September <br />28, 1970 and as amended as of November 10, 1970, against the <br />followinc;J described properties: <br />
