Crepeau, Jr. <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />Councilman Wlnoert <br />and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-22 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT <br />OF ASSESSIalNTS RELATING TO <br />SANITARY SEWER niPROVEMENT NO. 1 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Oi ty of Arden <br />Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improve- <br />ment No.1, as last finally amended and adopted on September 9, <br />1960, was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey <br />County on October 26, 1960, for the purpose of including <br />installments thereof to be collected. along with real estate <br />taxes commencing in 19611 and <br />tiHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassess- <br />ments and apportionments of previous assessments in respect <br />
