WHEREAS, since November 30, 1970, a number of parcels of <br />property contained within said assessment roll as amended have <br />been divided and conveyed by a previous property owner 1 and <br />WHEllEAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires <br />that apportionment of the oriqinal assessment aqainst each <br />original tract where it has later been divided, sold or con- <br />veyed, be made by the City Council of the City of Arden Bills, <br />in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the <br />County Auditor aqainst each parcel of property thereafter, <br />commencinq with an assessment to be collected in the year 1971 <br />and thereafterl and <br />WHEREAS, an error oocurred in Division No. 49721 in City <br />COuncil apportionment resolution adopted Auqust 11, 1975. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City COunoil of the City of Arden <br />Hills does hereby make the fOllowinq corrected apportionment <br />of oriqinal assessments as oontained in said assessment roll <br />of September 28, 1970 and as amended as of November 30, 1970 <br />against the followinq desoribed properties: <br /> <br />. <br />
