<br />~...,~ <br /> <br />Extract of Uinutes of !oieeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Arden Hills <br />RamstaY County, ~tlnnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />. duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 30th <br /> <br />day of April, 1979, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Henry J. <br />Crepeau, Jr., Councilmen Hanson, Wingert, and Woodburn. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Councilman Crichton <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Wingert <br /> <br />introduced and moved the adop- <br /> <br />tion of the following resolution: <br />Resolution No. 79-17 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING <br />ADVERTISEr.1ENT FOR BIDS ON <br />IUPROVEl.1E!n' SS-W-P-ST-78-3 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the City Council <br /> <br />on November 27, 1978, the City Consulting Engineer has pre- <br /> <br />pared plans and specifications for Improvement SS-W~P-ST-78-3 <br /> <br />and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council <br /> <br />for approval. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN <br /> <br />HILLS, !4INNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk Administrator shall prepare and' cause <br />to be inserted in the New Brighton Bulletin, the official <br />paper, and in the Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for <br />bids upon the making of such approved p~ans and specifications. <br /> <br />" <br />
