<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />; ; <br /> <br />l <br />I <br />, <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />,COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HiLLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTiON NO. 79-13 <br /> <br />RESOLUTiON ESTABLISHING SUBSIDY CRITERIA <br />FOR DiSEASED TREE <br />REMOVAL ON HOMESTEADED PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the d I sease of shade trees I n Arden H I II sl s <br />of serious concern to the City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City requires each landowner to treat or <br />remove trees designated as diseased by the City Tree Inspector; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City provides an optional tree removal ser- <br />vice to be paid for by the landowner; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Minnesota State Statutes permit the City <br />to provide subsidies for the approved treatment or removal of <br />diseased shade trees under certain conditions; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE.
