<br />STATE OF MiNNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HIllS' <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-11 <br />DESIGNATiON OF ADDiTiONAL DEPOSITORIES <br />AND CORPORATE AUTHORiZATION RESOLUTION <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, ResolutIon No. 79-1 desIgnates the First <br />National Bank of St. Paul and The Rosevliia State Bank as <br />official depositorIes for funds of the CIty of Arden Hills <br />for the calendar year 1919; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Councl! has determined it Is <br />desirable to designate an additional depository. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE !T HEREBY RESOLVED that effective <br />thIs date, Northwestern National Bank of St. Paul sha! I be an <br />additIonal official depository for ail funds of the City of <br />Arden Hills for the calendar year i919; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the CIty Treasurer shail, <br />from tIme to time; ascertain that adequate security, as required <br />by the laws of the State of Minnesota, Is furnished by such de- <br />positories to protect the CIty's deposited funds against finan- <br />cial loss; and <br /> <br />BE iT FURTHER RESOLVED, that checks of this corporation <br />orawn on Northwestern National Bank of St. Paul, hereinafter <br />called the Bank, shal! be signed by three of the fo!lowlng <br />officers: <br /> <br />Henry J. Crepeau. Jr. <br />Mayor <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />Robert l. Woodburn <br />Actl ng Mayor <br /> <br />Dorothy J.
