Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 1450 West Highway <br /> <br />96, Arden Hills, Minnesota, on Monday, the 26th day of M&rch <br /> <br />1979, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Henry J. Crepeau, <br />Jr., Councilmen Charlie CrIchton, Ward Hanson, James Wingert <br />and Robert Woodburn. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />. and the following-were absent: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Councilman Wlngert <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLU'l'ION NO. 79-10 <br />RESOLU'l'ION RELA'rING TO APPOR'rIONMENT OF <br />ASSESSMEN'rS RELAUNG 'rO WA'rER IMPROVEMEN'r NO. 72-1 <br /> <br />introduced the following- resolution <br /> <br />BE I'r RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden <br />Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll of Water Improvement No. 72-1 <br />as last finally adopted on September 6, 1973, was filed and cer- <br />tified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on October 5, <br />1973,for the purpose of inoluding' installments thereof to be <br />oollected along with real estate taxes commencing in 19747 and <br />WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property <br />contained within said assessment roll have been divided and <br />conveyed by previous property owners 7 and <br />WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County. requires that <br />... apportionment of the original assessment against each original <br />
