<br />1- <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />Resolution No, 82-67 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES FOR AMUSEMENT <br />ARCADES AND COIN OPERATED AMUSEMENT DEVICES <br />AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 82-41 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 13-24 of the Arden Hills Code requi res <br />that licenses for coin operated amusement devices and amusement <br />arcades shall be established by Resolution, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has re-evaluated annual <br />license fees for amusement arcades and coin operated amusement <br />devices, and after careful study, has recommended changes In the <br />present fee schedule. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that fees for amusement <br />arcade and mechanical devices established In Resolution No. 82-41 <br />be rescinded, and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the following annual fee <br />for amusement arcade be $120.00 per year plus $30.00 for each <br />device from the fourth through the tenth, and $60.00 for each <br />device above the tenth. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED. that a maxi mum fee of $1,230 <br />be p I aced on the annua I amusement arcade I I cense fee. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the following license fee <br />for coin operated amusement devices, whether part of arcade or <br />other establishment, be $40.00 per device. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the license fees herein <br />established shall be effective January I, 1983. <br /> <br />Passed, by the Arden HI lis Council th I s 13th da of <br />December, 1982. <br /> <br />, , <br />'\ <br />Robert L.
