The Employer shall furnish and clean <br />the pants and shirts of each said Employee and <br />sha II furn I sh jackets and shop coats therefor wh I ch <br />shall be cleaned at the expense of each said <br />Employee. <br /> <br />Gl Mllea!']e Reimbursement; Attendance at Tralnln!'] Schools <br />or Seminars. Each employee covered hereunder shall <br />be entitled to receive a $,20 per mile reimburse- <br />ment on account of his use of a private vehicle to <br />travel to and from a recognized school of training <br />or a seminar which will enhance his knowledge In <br />a field directly connected with or related to the <br />functions he performs as an employee of the Employer; <br />provided, however, that his attendance at any such <br />school or seminar must have been first approved by . <br />the Superintendent of the Public Works Department <br />before the Employee wi II be entitled to attend such <br />school or seminar and to obtain the aforesaid reim- <br />bursement. <br /> <br />HI Compensatory Time-Off In Lieu of Overtime Pay. <br />Each said employee shall be entitled to take, In <br />lieu of overtime pay for overtime hours worked, <br />compensatory time-off based upon one and one-half (IiI <br />hours per hour of overtime work; or In I leu of <br />standby status pay, compensatory time-off on an <br />hour for hour basis. Whenever, at the end of a <br />pay period, he has accumulated more than forty (40) <br />hours, he must use the amount over forty (40) during <br />the following pay period or be paid In cash, <br /> <br />I) Injury on Duty. If an "Injury Duty" forces an <br />Employee to miss work, the Employer wi I I pay the <br />Employee for each regular day missed an amount <br />equal to the difference between a day's pay at <br />the regular base rate and the amount payable to <br />the Employee for that day by Workmen's Compensation <br />up to a maximum of twenty six (26) days.
