<br />- , <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82- 58 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING LICENSE FEE FOR <br />GAMBLING DEVICE LICENSE AND PROVIDING FOR <br />WAIVER OF FEE FOR CERTAIN LICENSES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 13-24 of the Arden Hi lis Code requires <br />that gambling device license fees shall be established by Reso- <br />lution, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended a Gam- <br />bling Device License fee of $25 per event, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 13-85 of the Arden Hi lis Code provides <br />for waiver of , fees by the City Councl I for I imited, temporary <br />permits for schools, non-profit organizations, governmental agencies, <br />and similar Institutions or organizations, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Councl I has determined that the <br />license fee shal I not be waived for gambling device operations <br />Involving prizes with a value In excess of ',,,foo.Go dollars. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the fee for Gam- <br />bling Device License shall be $25.00 per event, and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Gambling Device License <br />fee may be w a I v e d by the C I t Y Co u n c i I 1ft h e val u e 0 f P r I z e s 0 f <br />gambling device operation does not exceed''''''''oo,oo dollars. <br /> <br />/11_e9ss~d by the Arden Hills City Council this C?~U <br />day of~./ , 1982. <br /> <br />11"~~__ <br />Robert L.
