<br />- <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. oP~-41~ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION CHANGING "WESLEY AVENUE" <br />TO "ARDEN OAKS DRIVE" <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Arden Hills has <br />approved the final plat of the "Arden Oaks" Subdivision in which <br />the road which provides access to County Road "E" is named "Arden <br />Oaks Drive", and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the extension of that roadway from the southerly <br />boundary line of the Arden Oaks Subdivision to County Road "E" is <br />called "Wesley Avenue", and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Acting Ramsey County Surveyor has advised the <br />Ci ty Council of this discrepancy in the name of the roadway <br />between that portion thereof located inside the Subdivision <br />("Arden Oaks Drive") and that portion thereof located outside the <br />Subdivision ("Wesley Avenue") and that the existence of two names <br />for the same roadway is unacceptable to the County of Ramsey, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council likewise finds this discrepancy <br />to be unacceptable, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Arden Hills <br />City Council that the name of that portion of the roadway <br />described above which runs from County Road "E" to the southerly <br />boundary line of the Arden Oaks Subdivision be changed from <br />"Wesley Avenue" to "Arden Oaks Drive". <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk-Administrator be <br />and she hereby is authorized and directed to provide certified <br />copies of this Resolution to the Acting Ramsey County Surveyor <br />and to any other appropriate officers, boards or commissions of <br />the County of Ramsey so that the proper officials are advised of <br />the foregoing name change. <br /> <br />Passed by the Arden Hills City Council this 9th day of <br />August, 1982. <br /> <br />R~)~~~ <br /> <br />Robert Woodburn, Mayor <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br />r2:tA/~ f#J, ~ <br /> <br />Charlotte McNiesh, - <br />Clerk-Administrator <br />
