For the purpose of such mailed <br />notice, owners of said parcels shall be those shown as such on <br />the records of the County Treasurer. Every property owner whose <br />name does not appear on such records (other than owners of pro- <br />perty which is tax exempt or is taxed on a gross earnings basis) <br />shall be deemed to have waived such mailed notice unless he has <br />requested in writing that the County Treasurer include his name <br />on the records for this purpose. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All Present; and <br />the following voted against the same: None; whereupon said <br /> <br />resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
