, J ,... Extract of Minutes of Meeting of Ci ty Council City of Arden Hills Ramsey County, Minnesota . A regular meeting of the Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall on July 26, 1982, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Acting Mayor McAllister and Councilmen Hicks, Johnson and Mulcahy; and the following was absent: Mayor Woodburn. The City Clerk Administrator presented to the Council the proposed assessment roll for Improvement No. ST-81-2 prepared by her with the assistance of the City Consulting Engineer as directed by the Council on July 12, 1982, and reported that the assessment roll is now on file in her office and open to public inspection. Councilman Hicks introduced the following resolution and moved .its adoption: Resolution No. 82-43 :. RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR HEARING ON THE PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR +MPROVEMENT NO. ST-81-2 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Arden Hills that the proposed assessment roll for Improvement No. ST-81-2 now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the City Clerk Administrator, is approved, and the Clerk Administrator is directed to publish and mail notice that the Council will meet to consider the proposed assessment on August 23, 1982, at the City Hall, 1450 West Highway 96, in the City of Arden Hills, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The notice shall state the date, time and place of the meeting, the general nature of said improvement, the area proposed to be assessed, the total cost of the improvement, that the proposed assessment roll is on file with the Clerk Administrator, and that written or oral objections thereto by any property owner will be considered.
