<br />,-- ~ <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall on July 26, 1982, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Acting,Mayor McAllister <br />and Councilmen Hicks, Johnson and Mulcahy: and the following was <br />absent: Mayor Woodburn. <br /> <br />The City Clerk Administrator presented to the Council the <br /> <br />proposed assessment roll for Improvement No. P-80-1 prepared by <br /> <br />her with the assistance of the City Consulting Engineer as <br /> <br />directed by the Council on July 12, 1982, and reported that the <br /> <br />assessment roll is now on file in her office and open to public <br /> <br />inspection. <br /> <br />Councilman Hicks introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 82-42 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR HEARING <br />ON THE PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. P-80-1 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Arden Hills <br />that the proposed' assessment roll for Improvement No. P-80-1 now <br />on file and open to public inspection in the office of the City <br />Clerk Administrator, is approved, and the Clerk Administrator is <br />directed to publish and mail notice tha~ the Council will meet to <br />consider the proposed assessment on August 23, 1982, at the City <br />Hall, 1450 West Highway 96, in the City of Arden Hills, at 7:30 <br />o'clock p.m. The notice shall state the date, time and place of <br />the meeting, the general nature of said improvement, the area <br />proposed to be assessed, the total cost of the improvement, that <br />the proposed assessment roll is on file with the Clerk <br />Administrator, and that written or oral objections thereto by any <br />property owner will be considered. It shall be published once in <br />the official newspaper of the City at least two weeks prior to <br />
