<br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN RILLS <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-41 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES FOR AMUSEMENT ARCADES <br />AND COIN OPERATED AMUSEMENT DEVICES <br />AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 82-8 <br />AS TO FEES FOR MECHANICAL DEVICES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 13-24 of .the Arden Hills Code requires <br />that licensee for coin operated amusement devices and amusement <br />areadss shall be established by Resolution, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended annual <br />license feee for emuoemant arcades and coin operated amuaement <br />dllvielu, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the annual fse for <br />an amU3ement arcede shall be $120.00, and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that feea for mechanical amuse- <br />mant davic:as established in Resolution No. 82-0 be rescinded and <br />the following annual fea schedule be established: <br /> <br />Number of DBvic06 <br /> <br />Aunuel Fea Per Device <br />---.., <br /> <br />1 - 3 <br />4 - 10 <br />Over 10 <br /> <br />$60.00 <br />$90.00 <br />$120.00 <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that fee schedules for exiBtiDg <br />devices and arcades be effective 1-1-83 and prorated im~edietely <br />for any new amusement arcades and coin operated amusement devices. <br /> <br />Paassd by the Arden Hills City Council this 26th day of <br />July, 1982. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.
